 So, I'm going to start *trying* to get back on track

Weighed myself twice and both scales say i'm a disgusting and awful 250
Anyways, End goal weight for the end of the year is to be under 200lbs and/or 180 but that's a stretch goal

FLAT FUCK FRIDAY (I"M BACK)

 My weight has SKYROCKEDED like absolute craziness. I'm at my highest weight yet, and it's all my damn fault, but this must change fucking. Now.

New job, new apartment, new everything. And i need to get my fucking act together for fucks sake.

 

Dis. Gus. ting.
All i've been doing is laying around with no energy and eating anything i can fit in my fat fucking face. I've been so exhausted, bored, and just disgusting since i haven't been doing household chores.

 

This stops now.

 

I now have a work at home job (yay!) but that means less exercise via my job (Not yay), so i'm cutting my calories down to a maximum of 800 (less is better) and i can get away with fasting for longer. I also haven't been taking my hydroxycut since i quit my old job, which needs to resume ASAP.
If i eat out with anyone, if that's going out to eat with friends before hanging out, getting drinks, whatever, I have to fast for at least 14 hours beforehand. Have. to.

 

I want to be 195lbs by December. That's how bad it's gotten.
It's so goddamn pathetic of what i've done to my poor damn body. Trashed it with disgusting fast food and sugar and now i'm paying the price.

 

I'm sorry, and I'm going to do better.

Some tips from my favorite happy sites *u*



Eating Less
1.          Load yourself with water. Keep your stomach totally full of water at all times! There is less room for food… obviously!
2.          Become a vegetarian! Meat is fat and disgusting!
3.          Fat free chocolate milk is good for sweet cravings.
4.          Set yourself some rules! If you’re a true Ana, you won’t have any problem following them. Ana girls are strong!!
5.          Diet pills, they may be dangerous, but you’re not dieting to be healthy. Being thin is more important than anything!
6.          When you get the urge to snack, clean something, and use lots of chemicals. The smell will curb your appetite
7.          Chew sugar-free gum. It will make you more hungry at first, but later you’ll get nausea.
8.          Don’t ever eat out!
9.          Don’t eat anything you don’t know the nutritional values of!
10.        Tea helps to calm a hungry belly. It soothes and fills you up.
11.        Chew your food untill it dissolves
12.        Drink sparkling water or Crystal Clear, it fills you up more!
General Tips and Tricks

3 Head Rules
7-7 rule Dinner must be eaten by 7.00 pm. After dinner no food is consumed until 7.00 am at the earliest. This is basically the same as a 12-hour fast, meaning, if you live by this rule for a year, you have fasted a half year! Mainly one should do this because your metabolism slows down at night, and if you consume food it will be harder to burn the calories. 3 hour eat/sleep 3 hours must pass between the last time you and and the time you go to bed. This ensures that you are actively burning calories while the food is initially digesting, versus, when you are sleeping, when metabolism slows and you burn fewer calories. Very important because you want to burn as many as you can! 2 times a dayYou must weigh yourself twice a day. Once at night before you go to sleep, and once after using the bathroom in the morning. This is more a self-esteem booster then anything else. You are always thinner in the morning.
Thin Commandments
1)      If you aren’t thin, you aren’t attractive
2) Being thin is more important than being healthy
3) You must but clotes, cut your hair, take laxatives, anything to make yourself look thinner
4) Thou shall not eat without feeling guilty
5) Thou shall not eat fattening food withoud punishing afterwards
6) Thou shall count calories and restrict intake accordingly
7) What the scale says is the most important thing
8) Losing weight is good, gaining weight is bad
9) You can never be to thin
10) Being thin and not eating are signs of true will power and successful
How To Not Binge:
1. Before you go to a holiday party or dinner drink lots of water and tea to get you filled up! If you’re already somewhat full you won’t want to eat as much. If you want to be extra sure you won’t eat, eat some low calorie veggies or soup before you go to your event.
2. If there’s a buffer or catering, steer the conversation away from the food. When you’re talking to someone turn away from the food or look for people to talk to far away from the food.
3. If you’re at a sit down dinner tell the host you had a holiday lunch with a friend and are already somewhat full so that they serve you smaller portions.
4. Always keep a cup of water or other low calorie beverage in your hand. This makes it a) easier to stay hydrated and fills you up, b) harder for you to pick up lots of food.
5. Know what your trigger food is and know how to avoid it. If you love a specific desert maybe tell the host you have to leave early or have an allergy to that specific type of food.
6. Bring mints and gum with you so that you’re not tempted to eat.
7. Honestly it’s all about the mindset…once you say it’s okay to eat one thing it’s a lot easier to start to eat a lot of other foods. Stay strong! You can do this!

How To Hide Ana From Your Family:
1. Always have some food in your hand or on your plate especially something that looks half eaten, this will make people think you’re eating when they look at you.
2. Talk a lot. When you’re talking you can’t be eating so people won’t be suspicious when you haven’t finished your plate yet.
3. If possible tell your parents or family you’re going out to lunch with friends before a family dinner or party (instead go running) and that will explain why you’re not too hungry later.
3. Don’t talk about your weight to family members. This often triggers family members to get suspicious.
4. Move around a lot. Talk to a lot of different people so that they don’t know what you have and haven’t been eating.
5. If you’re good at faking being sick then you can tell your parents or family you don’t feel well and aren’t hungry. Warning: if you’re not good at faking this might get people suspicious.
6. If you’re at a kids/ teenagers table it’s a lot easier not to eat as kids or teenagers aren’t as observant about what you are and aren’t eating. Even offer some of your younger friends and family some of your food, they’ll probably be glad to take it.
7. Get rid of your food in the garbage in the kitchen when no one is around if someone does catch you say you’re cleaning an older/ elderly persons plate.

Water – I can’t stress this enough. It keeps you hydrated and makes up for the loss of food. Plus, it’s zero calories, and fills you up.
Drink tea and coffee – they both contain caffeine which act as an appetite suppressant, and they fill you up.

Brush your teeth. A lot. You won’t want to eat anything with the minty taste in your mouth, and it’ll keep your teeth pearly and white
Sleep – When you’re fasting your body needs rest due to the lack of energy, and it gives you something to do other than eat.
Make a list of things you need to do during the day and do them. The busier you’ll be, the less you’ll think about eating.
Chew gum – For some people, this stimulates hunger, but if it doesn’t for you then it’s good to do. It keeps your mouth busy and the flavour will curb your cravings.
Chew/suck on ice – It will keep your hands and mouth busy, and will make your body burn those extra few calories.
Distract yourself – Do things you love so you’re too busy to eat
Get rid of all binge foods or make sure they’re somewhere where you won’t be tempted.
If you have a retainer, wear it – you’ll know how hard it is to eat with it in.
Look in the mirror at your disgusting fat. Surely you don’t want to eat now?
Wear a pair of jeans a size too small to remind yourself not to eat.
Tie a belt around your waist and pull it tight. It’ll remind you not to eat.
Apply lip balm constantly throughout the day. You will be able to feel it on your lips, thus you will be aware of what you’re eating.
Drinking vinegar helps curb cravings. Drink 1tbsp whenever you want to eat.

So we all know that cravings suck so here are a few helpful ways to deal with them. 
  • The quicker you can distract yourself from a craving the faster you will forget about it. If you are not binge-disordered even thinking about other foods can relieve a craving (ex. if you are craving spicy think about sweet foods and the spicy craving will pass.)
  • Cravings return. If you have one cookie how long until you want a second? Realize that cravings are fleeting feelings, and indulging one is even more fleeting. If you ate that cookie what is different? Nothing you crave it again 5 minutes later. If you don’t eat it what is different? You feel strong, powerful, beautiful, thin. Which is more appealing now?
  • Realize that feelings are not directives. If you see a cute guy/girl do you run up and kiss them? Eating because the whim of eating entered your head is just as illogical. Experience the feeling as an observer and wait for it to pass, you will feel more powerful and in control than you ever imagined!
  • Facial expressions are thought of as responses to emotions but they can trigger emotions as well. Smile when you’re hungry, and make a disgusted face at foods you would indulge in. The emotions will follow try it you’ll be surprised.
  • Cravings diminish over time. Food can be addictive like nicotine. Think about it: the longer a smoker goes without a cigarette, the more likely they are to give them up entirely. Avoid the foods you crave most for as long as you can and eventually you will forget about them. If it’s scary to think about never eating your favorite food again, tell yourself, if you go a whole month without it you can have it on the 31st day. By then you won’t want it. 
·         Lately I’ve been hearing a lot about ‘Negative calories’.
So, I thought it was time to learn you all some things about calories.
Start at the basics; shortly, cause we already know that…
·         Calories, also known as Kcal, or KJ is the stuff in food that gives us energy. Kcal’s contain out of carbs, fat, and proteins. And these things are nessecary for your body to live, to make you heart beat, blood flow, and keep your brains working so you don’t forget to breath.
·         Ok, so we knew that already.
Then there’s this myth, about ‘Negative calories’.
This is about foods, that by saying,  contain this less kcal, or are so hard to digest, that it costs your body more energy to process the food, than the food actually contains.
Nothing about this is true. When food is hard to digest, it simply stays in you stomach longer, and the acids do their work.
·         Whatever is a true fact about kcal, is that you can beat them. You can calculate who many kcal you would burn by doing nothing with a simple calculation. That’s the energy your body needs to keep your organs working. I advise everyone to take at least this amount of kcal everyday, to prevent serious health problems.
·         The formula to this number is; (your weight in kg) x 1 x 24 =….
This goes for people with BMI 25 or below. Above 25 you really need to go to a doctor, and get professional help, because this is dangerous.
·         That amount of energy is what your body really needs, but actually, this is what your body would live on when it was in a coma. So I higly recommend, or ask, to eat this at least. For the best.
It will prevent things you don’t want to be dealing with.
A plateau is a phase during weight-loss when you seem to maintain your weight even if your caloric intake/output haven’t changed. your body is probably resisting weight loss because it’s being pushed too far. Your metabolism could be slowing down because you’re not eating enough, and variety is important to your body. You can affect your metabolism through eating habit. Eat more negative calorie foods like fruits and vegetables. they’ll keep your digestive system moving with fewer calories, Drink lots of water, as you already should be doing, this way your body will be well hydrated, and you will less likely become lethargic. If you’re eating a few larger meals each day, try eating smaller bits of food more often, so if your eating 1 meal then make it two smaller one etc. Changing your caloric intake does not always mean decreasing! if your metabolism has slowed down, it may need some more calories to speed up a bit. Don’t overdo this, just try to increase by 10%, and when you passed the plateau, you decrease 10%, You can also try a spike, this is when you eat regular meals for one day (should equal roughly 1500 cals) to jump start your metabolism, then simply return to your regular eating habits the next day,  usually when you use a new shampoo, your hair will be so soft and shiny you’ll keep using the shampoo…but after a few weeks it doesn’t do anything special. same with exercising; your body will get the best out of a workout when it’s being challenged. so the first time you run a mile you may feel exhausted, your muscles might be sore and all of that…but if you keep running one mile each day for a week or two, your body will build more muscle, use those same muscles over and over while neglecting others, and won’t be as challenged. You should change either the length of time or intensity of your workout. If you’ve been exercising for 20 minutes every day, try doing 20 minutes one day and then 40 minutes the next day, so you’re getting a variety. Weight training increases metabolism significantly. muscle burns more calories during the day than fat, even if you’re just sitting still. you don’t have to become a body builder. a few minutes of push-ups and simple weight-lifting or calisthenic exercises will make a difference. Don’t put all of your trust in this, but i’m pretty sure i read that 10 minutes of weight lifting 3 times a week will increase muscle and metabolism within the first week. thats only 30 minutes out of the 10,080 minutes you have every week. also try switching to different types of exercise every other day, for example, run on monday, swim on tuesday, weight lift on wednesday, run on thursday, yoga on friday, swim on saturday, bike/hike on sunday. effects won’t occur immediately. Patience and slower weight loss is good according to doctors. But if you don’t want to increase your calorie intake, then you simply must exercise more and also throughout the day, do a couple of jumping jacks it will give your metabolism kick or fidgit a lot, I believe that I read that fidgiting can burn up to 800 calories a day, which equals roughly over 1.5 lbs burned a week on top of your diet and exercise. First of all, you should never go for a 100%  starvation. You’re body will simply go in survival mode, and burn as less calories as possible. And that is the exact mode where you will get extreme weak and tired. Because youre body is saving all its energy to use it for its vital oarts, heart, bloodstream, and oxygensupply. So, what I do, is take three meals a day, but make sure I never take in more than fifty calories.
I take some lettuce, and season it with a lot of peper and salt. It tricks your body. The salt wil get youre blood pressure up, and the peper will give youre digestion a boost. The rest of the day I trick my body with high caffeine sweet drinks, without any calories. Sweetners are the key. Especially aspartame. This particular sweetner is a real body fooler. Your body really actually believes it gets sugar, while it doesn’t . And its used in most diet drinks. Like coca cola light.Then besides that, a real good thing is green tea. Green tea fastens you’re metabolism, and it contains caffeine, wich also will give you energy. And by drinking alot, you will be less hungry. And it also cleanses youre body.Another way is to take the pure form of caffeine, wich is powder you can use in anyway you like, so you can get a higher dose.But, in the end, it is mainly youre body getting used to living the way you do.So, in summary:
– always eat something, but never more than fifty calories, and ofcourse, no fats and carbs
– use peper and salt
– sweet high caffeine drinks
– aspartame, or other sweeteners
– green tea
– caffeine powder

And give youre body some time to adjust. This is hard, but thats what it is in the beginning.
Personally, Ive reached a point where I can go without food for three or four days, and I am able to work, (I work with horses, so thats exercise at the same time). And live my life without problems. As long as I keep drinking enough. So you can do it to, but it will take a lot of discipline and hard work to hold on.Being Pro Ana is about being strong. Being tough. Being disciplined. Being perfect. Youre a straight a student, or employee of the month. You’re always smiling, you’re such a social human being, cause when anyone needs help, you’ll be there, But then, when you’re home alone. In youre own room. You look in the mirror, look yourself into your eyes.And you see the world behind the glistening the outer world always gets to see. You see the real you. Tired, broken, in pain. You’re tired of this game you’re playing of being perfect, and always pleasing everyone, but knowing you’ll never be good enough to please yourself. The pain, of all the times they broke you with whatever horror was done to you when you were to young to understand, let along defence yourself. And broken, cause you have to live the secrets of it all day by day. Broken, cause you are living two lives, and sometimes even you forget wich one is the real one, untill you totally breakdown, when you realize, both lives are fake, and you don’t even know who you are anymore. Ever feel like that? I guess a lot of you recognize this, or parts of this.
Anyway, what I wanted to say. This post can be a place to post your feelings, to talk, to spit out everything that’s in your mind. If you’re in a dark place and feel as if you’re all alone, know that you’re not, cause we are here. I am here, that a promise, and I dare to say that there will be sisters who agree with me. 71.        1. Keep a thinspiration book. Get a really nice journal or something and print pictures of skinny models, tips, quotes, or workouts, and glue it in there. Look
72.        through it whenever you want to binge. You can always download something from Prothinspo and keep it with you.
73.        2. Keep a stack of magazines weighing the same amount you want to lose. When you lose weight remove some magazines from the stack. It will be
74.        thinspirational to see that pile slowly start to get smaller. Use fashion magazines so that they also can inspire you as you remove as you lose.
75.        3. Eat on a blue or black plate. Dark colors usually make you feel fuller, faster. Better yet, eat on small dark plates.
76.        4. When you want to eat something you shouldn't, make a list of all the reasons you shouldn't, and read it at least 20 times.
77.        5. When you get a craving, count to 100 really slowly, and it might pass. Dr.s say that counting changes the minds direction in thought.
78.        6. If you live by yourself, put up motivational pictures or numbers on the unsafe foods.
79.        Stick your goal weight on the wall or on your favorite jar of peanut butter or jelly.
80.        7. Get one of those three ring binders and make a section for each part of the body.
81.        Put all the exercises you've got in there according to what body part there for.
82.        8. Pick one food for the day,look under the fat burning food section on this site or you can eat something  like an apple. Cut it into 4 quarters. Eat one part for breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner, and you've got one left over for a snack.
83.        9. Take a Polaroid picture or a cell phone picture of yourself wearing nothing but your underwear. When you want to binge, look at it, and see all that fat thatmyou need to get rid of? Carry it in your wallet  or phone whenever you go somewhere where there will be food.
84.        10. If you live by yourself and prone to binges, buy only the food you need for the day. That way if you eat it, there isn't anymore.
85.        11. Eat with the opposite hand you normally do. Left handed people eat with their right hand, and vice versa.
86.        12. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat.
87.        You'll train yourself not to think about eating. This also works for trying to quit smoking.
88.        13. ALWAYS DO A CLEANSE TO CLEAN OUT YOUR BODY, CLICK HERE.
89.        14. Clean something gross the bathroom, or if you have cats like me clean the  litter box when you want to eat.
90.        15. Wear tight  jeans so you remember how much weight you have to lose. Always keep a pair that is to small for this!
91.        16. Pour tons of something gross on your food like salt or pepper so you can't eat it. (if your eating out, use the former,
92.        and say you accidentally put too much salt or pepper on your food.
93.        17. If you get really bad headaches it could possibly be from dehydration so drink lots of water. Take multi-vitamins and sport drinks.
94.        18. Eat in front of the mirror. Hell, eat in front of the mirror naked and see how much you want to eat then.
95.        19. Drink herbal teas. They have no calories. If you don't like them unsweetened, buy some stevia, its like sugar, but no calories they sell it on my links.
96.        20. When you get the urge to eat chew sugar free gum. Just make sure you keep track of how much you have. Most kinds have 5 calories a piece.
97.        21. Freeze your foods. I freeze fruits and yogurts and flavored ice cubes. Frozen yogurts take forever to eat so you feel occupied longer.
98.        22. When you go to a restaurant order something that's not too unhealthy. Put half of to the other side of the plate  and say your going to eat it tomorrow for
99.        lunch. Then eat half of what's on your plate and "forget" to ask them to bag it for take out for you.
100.      Or cut your plate in half and push the other half around the plate to fill it.
101.      23. Eat breakfast and lunch or just breakfast, never eat dinner cause if you eat dinner you don't give your body enough time to burn off the calories or you can
102.      eat all three small meals but finish the last bit of eating at least four hours before you go to sleep.
103.      This way your metabolism will burn it up before you get into bed.
104.      24. Go shopping and try on clothes that you wish you could fit you and that should keep you focused and on track of your goals.
105.      25. Pinch all your fat if you want to eat and see how disgusting it is and then you'll think that if you eat you'll just add more to it and you don't want that.
106.      26. If you can go to your kitchen and take all the bad foods that you know you will binge on please just  go and throw them away.
107.      27. Make sure you get enough calcium. Take your vitamin.
108.      28. If you sit a lot every hour get up and go crazy start doing knee lifts with your arms up or some jumping jacks and toe touches  or jumping stupidly or
109.      anything like that it will boost your metabolism for a little.
110.      29. Stay away from food and the kitchen (unless your parents are around, then pretend like you just finished getting a snack)
111.      30. Have you ever noticed that most people who you see eating are fat? Well remember this if you eat like them you'll be as fat as them.
112.      31. Try to plan how much your going to eat and what there's a 30% more chance you wont over eat then.
113.      32. Look at super models do they look like they eat? They eat very small meals many times a day but small meals girl!!
114.      33. A calorie is a calorie so it doesn't matter what kind you eat just eat under 1000 and you'll lose weight. 3666 calories equal a lb!
115.      34. Make a meal plan with all the days and put the limit of calories you'll allow yourself to after you eat write down what you ate. Keep a food diary
116.      35. To keep a binge from coming go outside and go for a walk, do 20 push ups and then 20 jumping jacks after you won't feel like eating anymore. Better yet,
117.      do them in front of the mirror. If you see what moves up and down you wont feel like eating as much.

When you've hit your daily calorie limit and you're thinking of allowing yourself that extra 200:
1: Go in front of a full mirror and undress to your underwear.
2: Take a pic of yourself not sucking in or flexing any stomach muscles at all and ask yourself if you look like a before or after picture.

1.) start with a fast day, it’s a good way to clean out your system and reset your bad eating habits.
2.) exercise 20 minutes in the morning! it will motivate you to eat less and you will be in a better mood.
3.) 15 minutes before every meal, eat 4-5 almonds. there’s some science behind it, and a little healthy fat is good for you.
4.) drink a glass of water before each meal. you’ll get full a lot faster.
5.) stop eating when you start feeling full. drink another tall glass of water and you should feel full!
6.) don’t eat anything white, white bread, pasta, cheese, etc. stick to fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
7.) if you are feeling hungry at odd times, throw in a snack. make sure it is healthy, but will give you energy.
8.) burn an extra 500 calories a day. wear a heart monitor to track it.
my last tip is to remember that calories are not everything. there are healthy calories, and empty calories. try to stick to healthy calories and don’t starve! eat something light in between meals like a piece of orange or some dried fruit to keep your metabolism.

[ first of all: if you’re not genuinely overweight restricting yourself for extended periods can be legitimately harmful..]
- Water/Flavored Water/Teas/Diet soda
- Popcorn w no additives
- Progresso soup * my fav but expensive
- eggs w nothing added
- saltine crackers
- brown rice w nothing added
- Instant ramen but I divide it into two portions and eat half later
- plain pasta noodles w no sauce or calorie free dressing
- Oatmeal ( variety fruit pack only 90cals!)
ALSO - i recommend cheat days once a week. So if ur tempted to binge you can tell yourself you’ll eat it on ur cheat day. On cheat days don’t exceed 2500cals tho
Ana tips
-stretch everyday for at least 15 minutes
-drink at least 2 liters of water, and do 10 or more squats whenever you fill up your water bottle
-get a water bottle with a straw so it’s
easier to subconsciously drink !!
-when you wake up and before you go to sleep: 30 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 30 push-ups, and 30 toe touches
-sit up straight with your shoulders back; good posture is attractive, both socially and in the work environment!
-cut food into small pieces, chew until the consistency of applesauce, and drink water between bites
-need an excuse for not eating? “I’m not hungry” “I don’t feel well” “I already ate” “I’m going to eat in a bit” “I’m going to have a big dinner with friends/family” “I have a (food) intolerance”
-chew ice if you’re hungry, gum is also another alternative
-brush your teeth if you’re hungry! toothpaste + food is disgusting, plus good teeth are attractive!
-desperate? search thinspos and remind yourself that you can do it!
remember: you are the only one that can determine the amount of success you will achieve in your goal; stay strong!
Ana Tips - Meals Together
Here are just some tips for anyone who has people breathing down their necks or people watching them eat.
1.          Ask a lot of questions. If you are trying to move the attention away from the food, getting them to answer questions is a great way. Ask them open ended questions so that they have a while to talk and a while to think about what they are going to say. That way, they won’t be looking at your food but they will be focusing on answering the questions. 
2.          Talk a lot. This one is simple. When you are talking, you aren’t eating. Hold the food up to your mouth and then say something as if you just remembered what you were going to say. That way, it looks like you were about to eat.
3.          Spit into napkins. Take a large mouthful of food, making sure that they see, and chew it up so that it is smaller. Then, wipe your mouth on the napkin, spitting the food into your napkin. Don’t use this as a go-to technique. This is just when you have a lot of food on your plate and need it to look like some of it is gone.
4.          Make your food look smaller. Either spread all of your food out so that it is thin, or bunch it all up in one place. That way, you plate looks less full. Your parents/whomever you are trying to hide ana from will be happy to see that you “ate” at least some of your food, so they won’t get upset that there is still some food on your plate.
5.          Offer them some of your food. I know that this may seem a little suspicious, but when you are out to eat and you have something else than them, you can ask “Do you want some of this? It’s so good, you have to try it.” Insist. Be confident.

I guess you all know water is your bestie. Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water, or a glass per hour.
-Cold water speeds up your metabolism.
-Hot water makes you full faster.
Have a sip of water between each bite, It will help you to fill up faster and won’t make you overeat.
If you are about to binge, count 1 to 100, this will distract your mind and turn it to a different direction so when you finish counting you will be able to tell if you really want to eat or not.
You can also drink a glass of water fast, you’ll be all disgusted and the impulse of eating will go away.
You can also brush your teeth, chew a non-calorie gum or a pepermint. Do you really want to mess up your perfect mouth? And if you still feel like it, give it a bite. Good? I don’t think so, your mouth will be all minty and food will actually taste bad.
If you are REALLY willing to eat something, go to the kitchen, prepare it and chew it. BUT you have to split it out. And you should know that once food it’s in your mouth, you gain the 15% of the calories in it.
Don’t eat before going to sleep because you burn 100 calories while sleeping and if you have some snacks before that you will have to burn it, and other stuff you didn’t burned earlier on the day so you’ll actually are putting weigh for the next morning.
ALWAYS get 7-8 hours of sleep because like I said before- You burn 100 calories while sleeping AND if you don’t sleep your appetite will increase by 15% the next morning.
If you have insomnia, can’t help it. But don’t cry, there’s nobody awake! Do some workout while nobody is watching!
Every time you say ‘no thanks’ to food, you are saying ‘yes please’ to skinny.
When you are alone, WORKOUT! There’s nobody to bother you!
-Go to the kitchen and throw away all the stuff you’ll be snacking on the next day.
-Dance, sing loud, scream, laugh. You burn more calories.
-Go to the kitchen and LAUGH of food. I haven’t lost my mind, I’m serious. Tell it how bad it is. Tell it how it dosen’t control you. Tell it you will NEVER eat it.
NEVER EVER eat alone. It’s no use. It’s stupid. Eat when they’re watching you so they can’t say you starve yourself.
If you really don’t want to eat but they’re making you do so, get a colored cup and split all out in there, like pretend you eat it and that you’ll drink water, they’ll never know.
Do yoga.
Always take the stairs and when you do it, skip a stair so you’ll loose more thigh fat.
Suck in your stomach always, you can burn up to 10 calories an hour.
Tip toe stand when you’re washing your teeth, combing your hair, washing your hands, etc. This helps you burn about 15% more calories a day.
Wiggle your legs while stitting, this speeds up your metabolism and makes you loose about 10 calories per hour.
Don’t stay in one place, move around. Every calorie counts.
Make a list of stuff you are NEVER aloud to eat.
Say you are happy with your body.
Don’t get nervous when people talk about anorexia, say things such as ‘i can’t believe people actually starve themselves!’ Don’t be stupid.
If you have hunger pains, squeeze your body into a ball.
If you don’t have anything to exercise with, walik up and down your stairs for all the time you want and make your thighs smaller.
Eat while watching yourself in the mirror naked. How much are you able to eat now?
Think higher of yourself. YOU are too GOOD to put THAT in your body.
Always remember what ANA WANTS.

You must burn more calories than you eat if you want to lose body fat. Period.
The basic rule of weight management is that you must burn more calories than you consume each day; each week; and each month if you want to lose weight. It doesn’t matter if all the food you eat is healthy, wholesome, or “clean” food.
so..here are some basic tips…
1. Don’t’ drink calories! Drinking only water (8 cups or 64 Oz a day baby!) or tea.
2. Eat under 1500 calories.
3. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day. Just think about it, if you are waking up in the morning after an eight hour fast and want to be productive eat like a king! What’s the point of eating a large dinner if you are just going to be sleeping?
4. Healthy food choices all day (lean meat, fruit, veggies,). You are a cave girl! Eat like one!
5. Anything made from wheat or rice is a no.
6. Eat often! You won’t get as hungry if you are eating small portions throughout the day.
7. Pick a day to binge. You will go fucking crazy if you don’t allow yourself to binge. Pick one day out of the week to eat whatever, like Sunday.
8. Stay active for an hour each day. Choose to walk instead of drive. Stand instead of sit.
9. Pick a time to stop eating. I stop eating at six.

My Ana Tips and Tricks

Before you start your diet, make a list of 10 ways you envision your life will be better once you lose weight. (Look at my list under Why? / Motivation) This is a powerful way to keep you motivated. Also remember to make 3 goals and a final goal (Look under My Goals if you want to see mine) and let yourself have something to like when you finally get there. Think about it if you're about to have a binge and remember that if you hold out a little longer you can eat without feeling guilty. Example my goal present is a 150 ml Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie (Not more than that!)
- These tips are rules that I (F) use in my daily life -
* It takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full. Eat slow and drink a lot of water while you're eating
* Downsize your dinner plate, the less food that is served to you, the less food you will eat. The same goes for liquid with the exception of water
* Use dark colored plates. Dark blue or black plates makes you eat less
* When you go out, take very little money or only enough to buy whatever non-food item you plan on buying. This will make it harder to buy food on impulse.
* Never eat something just because you want to finish it. Only eat until you are satisfied. Those extra bites add up
* Every calorie counts. Remove calories in recipe every chance you get. Choose the diet or low cal version when given the choice. Drink water instead of other beverages
* Do other form for excises that you enjoy like badminton, tennis, swimming and do it regularly
* People tend to over-eat when they are depressed or stressed, so be mindful to indulge in comfort-food when you feel down. It helps a lot if you GET MORE THAN 6 HOURS SLEEP
* Eat in front of a mirror, naked or in underwear if possible. If you can't, carry a picture of yourself in a revealing outfit and look at it when you want to eat
* When you have cravings pinch your fat and look at your problem areas, don't add to them!

* Snack on fruits, celery and carrots
* Get rid of the fear of wasting food. The sooner you change yourself, the better. Leave a bite at first and pretty soon you will throw away food without any thought
* Chew your food more. 30 bites for every mouthful. This helps digestion and also slows your pace of eating.
* Cut your food into smaller pieces. It slows your eating, makes you feel like you are eating more, and makes other people think you ate more, too
* Decide beforehand how much you are going to eat. It helps to cook for one serving, so you can't eat anymore.
* Don't eat after 7 pm or before 7 am. Chances are, your choices will be very unhealthy like carbs and sugary food. Also, it isn't good to eat within 3 hours of going to sleep at night
* Sport. You are losing weight,so you must to burn extra calories that your body has.The only way to burn these calories is start moving more.I’m talking about the sport,the most effective sport is going to the gym! But if you really really can’t and not searcing for excuses then you should at least start running
* Eat with the opposite hand you normally do. Left handed people eat with their right hand, and vice versa.* Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat. You'll train yourself not to think about eating. This also works for trying to quit smoking
*  Wear tight  jeans so you remember how much weight you have to lose. Always keep a pair that is to small for this!* Pinch all your fat if you want to eat and see how disgusting it is and then you'll think that if you eat you'll just add more to it - and you do NOT want that!
* Go shopping and try on clothes that you wish you could fit you and that should keep you focused and on track of your goals
* Do NOT drink diet coke! Idk if there is 0 kcal's in and everything - trust me it is just as bad as the normal coca cola!
