 So, I'm going to start *trying* to get back on track

Weighed myself twice and both scales say i'm a disgusting and awful 250
Anyways, End goal weight for the end of the year is to be under 200lbs and/or 180 but that's a stretch goal 
 Fit Flock is still a work in progress
This week's plan: BAT(week 1)
800-1,000cal daily

-reading food labels (not eating anything you don't know facts to)
- 12-24 hours fast weekly
- 100 squats daily (maybe)

Morning routine (7:00am)
15 Squats
20 Jumping jacks + crunches
Stretch
Breakfast

OH! And there's some rules too!
  • No eating after 7:00pm
  • No eating 3 hours before going to bed

Anyway. I know today was a shit show. I'm starting fresh tomorrow. same with my new job. :)
