First Post, and First steps

So, I'm going to start *trying* to lose weight.
I'm unsure about my weight, but last time I went to the doctor I was a nasty and obese 210 lbs.
Ew.
Anyways, End goal weight is 105.
LWI: 210lbs
GW1: 160
GW2: 140
GW3: 120
GW4: 105
UGW: 93

I know, a long ways to go, but I've got my "fitspo" journal to carry with me and a community of kind and helpful people...and this blog. If you'd like to follow along with me, encourage me, or just come with me on this journey, feel free to! I'll post encouragement, have a discord chat with people who want to lose weight with me weekly to chat about the week's difficulties and such (It'll be called the Fit Flock, more information and links will be posted later in the week), and will post things about foods and such.
This week's plan: BAT(week 1)
1'000-1'200cal daily

-reading food labels (not eating anything you don't know facts to)
- 2 hours of cardio (running, eliptical, biking, etc)

Morning routine (5:00am to 6:40am)
15 Squats
5 Push ups
20 Jumping jacks + crunches
5 push ups
Stretch
Other workouts for this week:
100 daily crunches
1 minute plank

Today's meal(s):
Breakfast:
1 serving of bread(toasted): 80cal
0.5 serving of peanut butter: 90cal
Coffee(black): 0cal
Gum: 5cal
Lunch:
 Vienna sausage can: 7p-260cal (ew, I know...but that's all I got)
Dinner:
N/A

OH! And there's some rules too!
  • No eating after 7:00pm
  • No eating 3 hours before going to bed
  • 1 minute plank before bed
Today's workout:
 Morning
Uphill and downhill walk to work: -308cal, 50 minutes
Afternoon


Anyways...off to work, and I need to pee.(my .has started. Great.)
 Too much coffee, if that's even possible.
