Get your booties in gearrrrrrr



Hoi! I’m SKP and here are some rules for the “bigger” ana girls, reaching for perfection!

**Upcoming is more tips!!**

General: 
Check in with your buddy daily, bi weekly, or weekly. Be honest. 
 

·         Always Start on a Monday! ALWAYS

·         Binges aren’t great, but if you do feel you need one, NEVER go over 1’200. That’ll just ruin everything!

·         Carry a thinspo book, and draw, journal, collage it for inspiration.

·         You must drink around 1L to a gallon daily!!

·         Teas are god sent. Seriously. Green tea lowers your hunger amazingly.

·         When you feel hungry, wait ½ an hour and distract yourself, and if your still hungry, nibble on a fruit (apple, etc)

·         Frown at milk, sugar and salt. It tastes good, butttttt milk makes you fat (calves are the example), Sugar clogs your arteries, and salt makes you more hungry

·         Peppermint is the shit.

·         Make a UGW, then break it down. The more you break it down, the more manageable it will be.



Week 1: Aug. 28-Sept. 4

·         Restrict to 1’000 calories. *

·         Begin reading labels of food.

·         Do NOT eat anything you do not know the calories of.

·         Begin weighing regularly (daily, weekly, etc)

·         Exercise enough to be in the negative calorie zone. (aka success zone)

·         Find a thinspo pal (or group)!!

Week 2: Sept. 5-11

·         Restrict 800cals or lower (no lower than 350)*

·         Negative calories to 400!

·         Follow an exercise plan that burns target areas (thighs, belly, etc)

·         Take up a hobby/job! Distraction and either fun or MONEY YASSSSS

Week 3: Sept. 12-18

·         Restrict to 500* (except*)

·         Cont. with week 1 and 2

·         Create control and rewards. (NO FOOD. You’re not a dog, are you?)

Week 4: Sept. 19-25

·         Start pro-ana diets (AIT, SG, etc. TUMBLR)

·         Congrats! You made it through the first week!
